Vertex Spatial Design ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle the telemetry and personal data collected through our digital interfaces and physical site surveys.

Data Collection: We collect information you voluntarily provide via our Intake Protocol form, including names, communication vectors (emails), and project parameters. During physical engagements, LiDAR scans collect anonymized spatial data of the host architecture.

Data Usage: Collected data is utilized strictly for project feasibility analysis, schematic modeling, and internal structural engineering processes. We do not sell client data to third-party entities.
