By accessing the Vertex Spatial Design website and utilizing our structural and interior design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property: All parametric models, spatial topologies, and schematic frameworks generated by Vertex Spatial Design remain the intellectual property of the firm until a formalized transfer agreement is executed upon project completion.

Project Lead Times: While we engineer for efficiency, bespoke material fabrication is subject to global supply chain variances. Mentioned lead times (e.g., 14 weeks for steel extrusions) are estimates, not guarantees.

Limitation of Liability: Vertex Spatial Design shall not be liable for pre-existing structural anomalies in host architecture that fall outside the purview of our initial point-cloud scans.
